Questions
Good to know.
Can I change what the QR code opens after I order?
Yes. Your order comes with a private link. Open it any time to switch to a new video, verse, link, photo or audio. The shirt never needs a reprint.
How does the AI video work?
Upload a clear photo and describe the motion if you like. After you pay the $25 add-on, our studio creates two short videos. You approve your favorite and your QR plays it.
What if I don't like the AI results?
Each AI add-on includes more than one try so you can pick the best. If a creation fails on our side, that try is returned to you automatically.
Do people need an app to scan it?
No. Any phone camera can scan the code. It opens a clean Wear Content page in their browser.
What shirt do you print on?
A soft Bella + Canvas 3001 unisex tee, in sizes XS to 3XL and several colors.
How long does shipping take?
Most shirts are printed within a few business days, then shipped. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.
